Kochi 24:03:2012 - The women's wing of Yogakshemasabha today initiated a programme for extending helping hand to financially challenged among its members.  The programme was inaugurated by Hon. Minister of State Prof.K.V.Thomas at the function held at YMCA Hall, Ernakulam. Sri K.S Vasudeva Sharma, Political Secretary to Chief Minister, was the chief guest of the function.

Sree Sankara Jayanthi 2012, Kalady

             Sabha is celebrating the Sree Sankara Jayanthi at Kalady,the spiritual centre of Kerala, blessed with the birth of the Acharya Swamikal on 26th April. . Various Programmes like Seminar, recitation of Acharya's poem, River Pooja, Sanyasi Pooja,Parikrama from Adisankara Keerthi Sthambham to the historically important famous “MUTHALAKKADAVU” (where he got permission from his mother to become SANYASI).  First meeting of the Organising Committee was held at Sreekrishna Swamy Temple on 18-03-2012 and formed Organising Committee with the following  members.

Women's Wing Initiates Aid Programme.

Kochi:  Women's wing of Sabha is initiating a three faced aid programme for extending help to the financial challenged ladies among us.  The programme will be inaugurated by Hon Central Minister for Food and Civil Supplies Prof.K.V Thomas.  Sri K.S Vasideva Sharma, Political Secretary to Chief Minister will deliver the keynote address. Sabha Celebrates Sree Sankara Jayanthi

            Yogakshemasabha is celebrating Sree Sankara Jayanthy at Kalady,blessed by the birth of Jagadguru. Various programmes like Seminar, recitation of Acharya's poem and Ghoshayathra from Adisankara Keerthi Sthambham to the  historical important famous “Muthalakkadavu” are organised on on 26-04-2012. A meeting of the organising committee is scheduled to be held at Sreekrishna Swamy Temple on 18-03-2012 at 2 p.m.

        All are requested to attend the meeting and also to participate in the Programmes.

Yogakshemasabha paid homage to the departed NSS leader Adv. Narayana Panikkar.  Upon hearing the news, Sabha Hon. President visited the house of Panikkar Sir.
On behalf of Sree Sankara Trust - Sabha's Educational wing, Chairman Adv. M.V.S Nampoothiri laid floral tribute.  He also conveyed our condolence to NSS Gen.Secretary Sri.G.Sikumaran Nair.
